What made us create this Workshop?
We recognised that leaders across the globe are struggling to navigate uncertainty in the workplace, in particular when it comes to dealing with the conflict that can arise in stressful situations. Giving teams feedback and having difficult conversations doesn’t have to be a flash point, but during periods of uncertainty things can quickly escalate.
So we designed and developed a program that delivers a focussed solution, based around the needs of modern businesses who are looking to improve their workplace culture and morale.
