Our not-so-small print:

3 hours of additional team coaching for any team that has failed to demonstrate real momentum within the first quarter of this program.

During the initial two-day workshop your team will be making personal commitments (their Team Charter) to which they’ll be held accountable. These objectives must be reached before the beginning of month three.

We will assess their progress towards these commitments with your steering group. For any team that has not made significant progress, we will provide an additional half-day session or 3 one-hour sessions, using the most effective delivery option to get your team back on track, creating a plan of action in-line with their original shared agreement.

This guarantee excludes expenses, such as travel, any accommodation, and subsistence.
