Post-pandemic pivot for the first government-approved COVID-19 travel testing provider.

Qured experienced exponential growth during the pandemic. Immense operational pressure had taken its toll. The business was at a tipping point.

They needed to improve working relationships within the team and gain clarity on where the business was heading.

An external coach was hired to support the executive team but, with no let-up in scaling day-to-day operations, there was limited opportunity for new approaches. Senior leaders were burning out and investor pressure was mounting. That’s when the CEO made the bold and brave decision to face these realities head-on.

If Qured were going to continue to provide their vital healthcare service to the world, they needed to find a sustainable way to unite and inspire the team. They asked The Hive for support.

We conducted research which revealed vital (previously unseen) insight and gave everyone a voice. We then designed and delivered a series of bespoke workshops that defined a vision and values that represented the team’s views and provided a deep understanding of the team dynamics and preferred communication styles.

With everyone aligned in their approach and direction, the team could confidently refine the strategy and move forward with a culture of open, honest communication. Team dynamics and general empathy started to improve, giving senior leaders time for perspective, away from the day-to-day pressures, allowing them to focus on the strategy and shape a bright future for their patients and employees.
